1. Membership Terms

1.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to register at bz77. By completing registration, you automatically confirm that you meet this age requirement. bz77 reserves the right to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide proof may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

1.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, residential address, device, and IP address. If any individual or organized group attempts to create multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions, the following actions will apply:

• All accounts will be terminated immediately
• All earned bonuses and winnings will be forfeited
• Whether deposited funds are refunded will be determined on a case-by-case basis

1.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, address, and mobile number — must be accurate and truthful. Opening an account with false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

2. Account Rules

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your bz77 account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Never allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately. bz77 is not liable for actions carried out by third parties if the account holder fails to notify us in a timely manner.

2.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your bz77 account is strictly personal. Under no circumstances may it be sold, transferred, or made available for use by any third party.

2.3 Account Inactivity

An account may be declared inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Members will be notified in advance through the contact details on their account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted deposit methods at bz77 include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• The minimum deposit generally starts from ৳300 (may vary by payment method)
• The maximum deposit limit depends on your account tier and KYC status

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals may be held until all wagering requirements have been met

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonus offers at bz77:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period
• When a bonus expires, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited
• You may not claim another bonus while one is already active, unless specifically permitted
• Any bonus claimed through fraudulent means will result in the forfeiture of all associated benefits

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement is a multiplier indicating the total amount you must bet before withdrawing your bonus funds. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳30,000 in bets. Wagering contributions may vary by game — slots typically count at 100%, while live games count at 20%–50%.

4.3 Right to Cancel Bonuses

Bz77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion or bonus offer. Changes will generally not apply to bonuses that are already active. However, if a bonus is credited incorrectly due to a technical error, bz77 reserves the right to correct it.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games at bz77 use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software or bots to manipulate game results
• Winning by deliberately exploiting bugs or technical glitches
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes

5.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game, bz77 may void the result of that round and refund the bet. Claims relating to the affected round will be considered, but claims for abnormal winnings resulting from the error may not be accepted.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Bz77 reserves full discretion to accept or decline any bet. A bet is not final until it has been confirmed. bz77 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to internet connectivity issues.

6.2 Odds Changes

For pre-match bets, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final. In live betting, odds change continuously and the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply. bz77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.

6.3 Match Cancellation or Suspension

If a sports event is cancelled or does not conclude within the specified timeframe, bets will be settled according to the following rules:

• All bets are refunded for a fully cancelled event
• If a match does not resume within the specified timeframe (typically 12 or 24 hours), bets will be voided
• If a match is cancelled after a specific stage has been completed, settled markets up to that point may stand
• If a leg in an accumulator bet is voided, that leg's odds are counted as 1.0

7. Responsible Gaming

Bz77 believes gaming should be an enjoyable activity, not a harmful habit. That's why we provide all members with the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given time period

9. Limitation of Liability

Bz77 shall not be held liable for the following:

• Transaction issues caused by loss of internet connection
• Issues caused by third-party software or devices
• Losses resulting from sharing your account credentials with others
• Service disruptions caused by government regulations or force majeure

10. Account Termination & Suspension

Bz77 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these terms
• Evidence of Fraudulent Activity
• Registering with false information
• Failure to Cooperate with KYC Verification
• Inappropriate conduct toward other members or staff

Upon termination, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, unless the termination is due to financial misconduct.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the matter may be escalated to the licensing authority. In any dispute resolution process, bz77's decision shall be considered final unless the licensing authority rules otherwise.
